Setup times

All we ask is that you are ready to do business by 4:00 PM on Friday July 11th. I will be availably for check in by 9:30 AM on Friday

ALERT FOOD VENDORS!

Last year  we lost one vendor because he waited to long to apply for his King County Health  Department Permit.

This year's Pacific Days is shaping up to be the biggest in our history. We have secured the most devised entertainment lineup and more vendor applications than  ever before. Most of the activities are free including the Car Show on Saturday.

Power Cords

Last year, inadequate power cords became a safety hazard and interrupted service for some vendors. As a result this year we will require all power cords to be heavy enough to accommodate a 20-amp power load over 100 feet. Be prepared to be as much as 100 feet from the power source which will necessitate the need for either a 100 foot cord or two 50 foot cords that accommodate 20 amps each
(a minimum of 12 gauge wire).

Vendor spaces will be assigned based on the date we receive your application, how many days with us and  availability of power to the space location.

Due to the loss of trees in our park due to the weather we can no longer provide as much availability of shade on vendor spaces in the main vendor area.
